Description

A pilot project needed to find a business model for being sustainable in the long term.

Through our research we combined different models to create a framework that would guide the decision makers in the right direction.

Process

By researching and combining different frameworks we created one that would fit the specific context of the service. In this framework people, their relationships and the community at large stand at the heart of the model.

Concept

In the Social Innovation Business Model, the interests of business and society are combined. The designed value proposition is ultimately defined by its impact on society, tracked through social and monetary measurements. Social challenges and needs are the starting point of every enterprise built with this model. Empathy, as well as economic effectiveness are the key success factors.
